The Sony Ericsson W910 Walkman phone gets the GSM Association’s Best Handset 2008 award at Mobile World Congress Barcelona specifically for its strengths in mobile music and entertainment. Sony Ericsson had announced the W910 way back in June 2007.
The Sony Ericsson W910 is a rectangular slider phone supporting Shake control which enables to flick the phone to control games or skip and shuffle between music tracks while SenseMe lets them discover music to match their mood and tempo.
Other features include a large 2.4 inch screen, Bluetooth with A2DP, 1GB Memory Stick Micro bundled, Walkman player 3.0, 2 megapixel camera,3D games, video, and high-speed HSDPA Web access.
On top of red and black, the device also comes in a limited edition Golden Brown color .
Since the launch of the W800 Walkman® phone in August 2005, more than 57 million Walkman phones have been sold worldwide. The Walkman phone range has seen rapid expansion, most recently with the launch of the W980 Walkman phone at this year’s Mobile World Congress.
