Sony Ericsson has started rolling out the Android 2.1 update for the Xperia X8.
X8 2.1 update 2.0.1.A.0.47 is now available through SEUS/PC Companion in Russia.
New and improved features that you will get when upgrading to Android 2.1:
- Send files via Bluetooth™
- New additional applications will be available in Market
- New Back up and restore application
- Multiple Google accounts
- Improved screen lock
Note: After the upgrade to Android 2.1 it is not possible to go back to Android 1.6.
