The front of the device will be graced by a 3" capacitive touchscreen which will support multi-touch, sporting 320x480 standard Android resolution. It will run on a 1 Ghz processor and have the Adreno 205 GPU ( same as the minis, X8, X10).The device is slated to launch with Android 2.3 (Gingerbread).A slide out keyboard is also present.
As you can see, it has a higher quadrant score than the Nexus One, so should be a pretty decent performer. The back and menu buttons have been swapped, as compared to the current Xperia devices.
