Well...it looks like the wait will be over soon. At a yet to be announced press event next week, Sony Ericsson is expected to announce the first of many handsets that will wear the Xperia name. The Xperia X2 is supposed to be the first of these to be made official. With a side-sliding QWERTY, a 3.5 inch WVGA OLED screen, 8.1MP camera with AF and the all important 3.5 mm audio jack, the device is expected to be powered by Windows Mobile 6.5.
